These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and Revinote ("we", "us", "our"). They outline the rules and restrictions that govern your use of Revinote's services and products (hereinafter referred to as "Revinote"). By using Revinote in any capacity, you signify your agreement to all these Terms, which will remain effective during your use of Revinote. These Terms encompass everything stated in this document as well as those specified in the Privacy Policy.

Content and Recordings on Revinote

You retain ownership of your recordings and the resulting reports. Any voice recordings you create, reports generated, and other content you store or otherwise provide to Revinote remains yours and is protected by copyright and any other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from all parties before recording any conversations and for complying with all applicable laws regarding conversation recording in your jurisdiction.

We retain the right to remove any content from Revinote at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, if someone alleges you recorded or contributed that content in violation of these Terms), at our sole discretion, and without prior notice.

AI Generated Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable transcriptions and reports, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the AI-generated content produced by Revinote. Users should review the generated reports and, where necessary, make appropriate corrections or additions. Revinote is designed to assist with documentation, not replace human judgment in sales processes.

Service Availability

We aim to provide Revinote's services continuously, but there may be times when the service is unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance. We will strive to minimize the duration and frequency of these periods, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Revinote. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such interruptions.

Acceptable Use Policy

You hold responsibility for all your activities in association with Revinote. Ensure your use of Revinote aligns with the law. If your use of Revinote is barred by applicable laws, then you are not authorized to use Revinote. We cannot and will not be accountable for your unlawful use of Revinote. You also concur that you will not use Revinote in a way that:

• Records conversations without proper consent from all parties;
• Is fraudulent or threatening;
• Endangers the security of your Revinote account or anyone else's (such as allowing another person to log into Revinote as you, or sharing your account or password with someone);
• Attempts, in any manner, to obtain the password, account, or other security information of any other user;
• Violates the security of any computer network, or cracks any passwords or security encryption codes;
• Decompiles, reverse engineers, or otherwise attempts to obtain the source code or underlying ideas or information of or relating to Revinote.

Data Protection and Privacy

You acknowledge that Revinote processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. As a user recording conversations, you are responsible for:

• Informing all parties that the conversation is being recorded
• Obtaining necessary consent for recording and processing the conversation
• Complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
• Properly handling and protecting any personal data contained in the recordings and reports

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances and under no legal theory shall Revinote, its licensors, or its suppliers be liable to you or to any other person for:

• Any inaccuracies or errors in the AI-generated transcriptions and reports
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Any amount, in the aggregate, in excess of the greater of (1) €100 or (2) the amounts paid and/or payable by you to us in connection with Revinote

Terminating Your Account

Revinote reserves the right to terminate (or suspend access to) your use of Revinote, or your account, for any reason at our discretion. We will attempt to provide prior notice to you before terminating your account, but we might not do so if we deem it impractical, illegal, not in the best interest of someone's safety or security, or otherwise harmful to the rights or property of Revinote.

Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy in the event of account termination.
